Rendered Image Wrong Size

I'm trying to render a simple image of a food pouch at 15" wide but the final rendering is only about 3" wide when I open the psd in Photoshop. Am I missing something in the settings?

Try to create a new camera (change size of object with tools) and render again, You can also change the size of scene in properties. Or click on scene size at change it manually.
