Rendering Hi-Res images in Dimension

Hello guys, Im trying to get Hi-Res Images using Dimension after modelling, but no matter how high the resolution, pixels, or DPI my rendering images are not of Hi-Res, they get pixelated with minimal zoom. Can you please let me know how to solve this issue?

Yes. there is a limitation for file size. Usually I render Ps file and trying to customize in Ps.
