Report Bug Dimension

How do i report a bug? Every time I render a file I'm met with this message

 

An application error has occurred. To help us diagnose the issue please follow instructions below.

 

Then it gives me two instructions. But I can't find the feedback panel to report the dimension bug log that the program gathered for me...

    did you ever figure out how to report, or how to solve the problem? 
    This is my first day and its been inferiourating
