Resize canvas? Use background image? Where did everything go?

Did Adobe remove a bunch of features from Dimension, or is my software on the fritz? It seems like everytime I open this software, something has been removed or hidden away somewhere.

How do you resize the canvas? It looks like the properties panel and canvas label are both completely gone. There is no way to select the scene or change the size of the canvas.

How do you add a background image? The image selection button is gone.
