Sketchup Floor Plan Export to Import Dimensions

Hi there, I have this simple floor plan in Sketchup, when I import it to Dimensions it looks like this. I tried to export as obj but got the same result. How can I fix this?

so you want the top part gone?

open the Obj in Photoshop {or Blender} and generate a new UV map then export as wavefront Obj

 

boolean errors pop up from time to time
