Spiral design in Adobe Dimension

hello! How can I realize a spiral with Dimension like picture attached? Tks for answers.

I don't think you can directly in Dimension since it's not part of a standard shape, you will need to build it yourself, Using a modeler (Dimension is just a stager, so more limited) . You can try using the 3D features within Illustrator, or use a bona fide modeler, such as Substance Modeler, or Blender.

 

Another way would be to find ready made models, such as this one, I found on the free section of Adobe Stock

 

but you can also try in Adobe Substance assets

or

or one of the many platform where you can buy .obj models

thats a standard 3/4 spring you can make easy in Blender
