Strange "fuzzy bleed" Over UI buttons and icons...?

Hello Community,

So I would love to start using Dimension, but everytime I try to use it it's like there is some graphics issue that is hard to describe, so I will post a screen shot. It's like this white-noise bleeding effect all over any buttons and icons and as I move my mouse it grows. Strangest thing and I've never seen a similar error in any software. Ever. It seems like a graphics card issue not working correctly with the software. It has done this for over a year, even when all drivers and software are updated.

I am using an RTX 2070 Super 8GB Video Memory, 32 GB DDR4 3200 Ram, Intel i9 10900F processor in an Alienware Aurora R11 on Windows 11. It also did it on Windows 10 before updating. It runs all the other Adobe apps well, at least the ones I have used - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audution, Lightroom, InCopy.

Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks in advance for your time and help!

looks sharpened

yes its a well known issue caused by Adobe

try opening the nvidia panel and turn off sharpening globally... that should solve it
