Strange lines all over UI

I've just installed Dimension but upon opening the programme I have these white lines all over the UI, making it impossible to use - can anyone offer a solution?

I wouldn't be able to help you more than saying, have you un-installed Dimension and re-installed it? Perhaps that will help?

try opening the nvidia panel and turn off sharpening globally then save and restart the system for testing

OS: Windows 11 Pro version 21H2
Processor: Intel i9 9900K 3.6GHz

Memory: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 Super
