Strange web effects on mouseover

Hello, 

Can anybody help me figure out why Dimension is creating these strange web effects on mouseover?

Have you experienced this?

Feel like I'm living in the Matrix.

Also should mention that I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail.

Very strange considering I have used Dimension on this build before. Also new, high end hardware with RTX 3080 and 5950x. Any ideas how to fix? Only dimension is giving me this error currently.
