Hi,

I am trying for the first time to render a very simple setting, but nothing has happened since 40 minutes.

My specs:

Intel Core I5 3.3 Ghz

8GB DDR3

Geforce GTX 960

I seem to comply the minimum requirements, any suggestions? I know rendering can be slow but for only 4 planes, I guess thats still too slow.. Would it help a lot to increase the memory to 16GB?

In our next planned update we are removing system requirements as a blocking factor.  We are testing that version now and you're welcome to join the Dimension CC Prerelease to get early access to that build and try it out.

Hi Daniela,

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?  If it's 'nothing' then is it blank?  Is it a white/gray checker pattern?  You should see your render start to appear almost instantly.
