texture map looks messy and broken when applied to the model

I don't understand why when appling the texture map to the model it looks broken and messy. Please check the immage.

Legend

the UV map is busted

fix 1 = ask Dimension to make a new UV map and then try placing the image again

fix 1 = share the Dn file with this model and image so we can rebuild it for you
