The shadow of sunlight is strange.

I rendered the moon model in Dimention using the sun and crescent. However, the shadow area is not round but square.

I assume the moon you are talking about is this free one?

and the square lighting is most likely because you set the actual lighting to squares

but "using the sun and crescent" is anyones guess so i'll just take a quick stab at it
