Unable to find layers in Dimension

Am unable to see the object details under the scene panel. The 3D file is opening with textures, but unable to ungroup it or change any layer/object properties as no details of such an object is visible in under scenes. It just has environment and camera options. Any suggestions on how to tackle this issue is highly appreciated. Thanks.

scaling it down is different to starting a new file... now that you crashed the system it will need a reboot before trying to test again so your Ram is unlocked

try making a new simple file and comfirm Dimension will rendor i.e, a image is placed in whatever folder you sent it too... assuming that works then do the test I said before, make a new file [much smaller] and try to rendor that

I would start by saving that file and making a new one 1foot square... if that rendors well then you know what the real issue is and have not buggered up your main file

Tried that. Got a copy of the file, c]sclaed to 10%, but still the layers are not visible. Also, when trying to render, Dimension is crashing.

to me, this screengrab looks like the scene is too big for your system to fully rendor

Thanks for the comment. I'll try scaling it down to 50% or so? Cuuent dimensions are 10x10x10 ft. Any other suggestions?
