"Unable to import model"

I downloaded this: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/f1-2026-audi-fom-6a36c9e1790941fdaa9cb97173a06f90 f1 car from sketchfab but whenever i try to import it in to Dimension it says it's unable to import the model. I downloaded the OBJ file and tried some different models too but they all say the same message. I started using Dimension today and i couldn't find my problem online.

Hello, no problem for me on mac with dimension. I downloaded a USDZ file. What is the file type you downloaded?

Hello, i downloaded the OBJ file. I'm on windows. Could it be possible that the obj file is too big?

it's possible, try the usdz file like me 😉 i think it'will be ok

i also tried it earlier today at work with the same file except i was on a mac, the only problem i had was that i couldn't see the textures, it was just gray
