Unable to Open Adobe Dimension

I am currently unable to open any Adobe 3D applications, including Dimension. Every time I launch the software, it shows a crash error message. While the application interface itself can open, I am unable to load or edit any content.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    First of all check System requirements | Dimension

    take in account that Adobe new updates and new apps works only with hardware that is not old than 7 years.
