Unable to open Adobe Dimension

I am unable to open Adobe Dimension on my system.

The window opens but the app doesn't run. Could someone please help me to resolve this bug?

intel i7 12th gen
16GB RAM
250GB available space in ROM
3050 RTX GPU

MSI Thin 15 B12UC  PC model

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues

or go to C:\Users\Yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Dimension and delete this folder manually after uninstall (if it stay there after unstallation). Than install Dn again. Sometime it helps.

 

You can uninstall and clean only Dn files from your PC also if you can try Nvidia Game driver if you are using NVIDIA Standard Driver.
