"Unable to open document" Dimensions 3.4.4

Hi, have been experiencing a "Unable to open document" in dimensions 3.4.4. 

There has been some discussion about this issue but I could not locate any real solutions so I contacted tickets@adobedimension.com on the 23rd October but have not received a reply.

I did some tests and seem to have found an easy solution.

Drag the file(s) you cannot open out of the CC folder and back again. They now open. 

Just wait a while between dragging them out and back.

For anyone experiencing this issue I hope this solution works for you.
