Unable to open document in Dimension

I can't open a document in progress in Dimension. I'm attaching the error message. Other documents can be opened. Can it be restored?

    I have the same problem and have posted here today too. I am slightly worried that no-one has been able to make any suggestions for you in the last couple of months...
