Unable to Start Rendering Engine in Adobe Dimension

Hello,

I recently installed Adobe Dimension, but I am encountering an issue. Whenever I open the application and try to start a new project, I receive the following error: "Unable to start Rendering Engine."

To troubleshoot, I went to Windows Graphics Settings and enabled the high-performance setting for Adobe Dimension. However, the problem persists.

Additionally, the Render section appears completely black, making it impossible to work on my project.

I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions to fix this issue.
