Unable to Uninstall Adobe Dimesion

Trial version of Dimension was installed by remote Adobe Support due to issues at the time. I'm trying to uninstall and it's not working. In add/remove programs, it opens up Creative Cloud to do the uninstall. As I proceed, CC shows the progress go to 100% complete and it is gone from my list....but only on CC. It is still installed on my computer.
