Urgent Need for Workaround for Quadro Series Raytracing Detection Issue

Dear Adobe Team,

I appreciate your transparency regarding the current rendering engine detection issue affecting the Quadro series GPUs, including the RTX 5000, in Adobe Dimension and Stager. However, as a professional in the design and packaging industry, I want to express the urgent need for a workaround or interim solution.

Many of us in the creative field rely heavily on GPU-based raytracing to maintain high productivity and render quality. Being forced to fall back on CPU rendering significantly slows down workflows, especially for large, complex 3D packaging visuals and client deliverables.

I understand these types of compatibility issues can be complex and may involve coordination with NVIDIA, but I urge Adobe to prioritize this issue. A timely workaround or patch—even a temporary toggle to force GPU rendering—could greatly benefit many professionals across the industry.

I’m hopeful Adobe and NVIDIA will be able to collaborate swiftly on a stable and optimized fix. Your continued innovation in 3D design tools like Dimension and Stager has made a real difference in creative workflows, and I’m confident your team can resolve this effectively.

Thank you for your continued support to the creative community.

Best regards,
Zak
