Weird glitchy behaviour over menus

I just installed Dimension yesterday and when I open it there are strange white dots over all the menus. They disappear for a few seconds when I hover the mouse over them, but it is difficult to read or use the menus. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it?

Thank you so much! I turned off global sharpening in Nvidia control panel, as per the thread you linked to. Dimension is now working properly!
