White spots all over renders

Rendering in high. Images has white spots all over the models. Image linked below showing the issue. Any tips on how to remove these spots?

I used my friends GTX 1660 and Intel I9 and still had the same issues. What should I be using to render?

try to use lighting correction, environmental lighting ..may be that can help
