Why isn't Dimension reacting?

I have an Adobe subscription and downloaded Dimensions. It says that it should work on this computer, but when I open the program and try to create a new document, it just thinks and stops responding, no matter what I click. Can anyone help me please?

so the software opens, you watched the vid telling you how great Adobe Dimension is [codex is working] and it crashes only after making a new project?

if no part of the new project window opens then it could be Ram, Gpu drivers or a permission issue ... if some of the new project window opens but doesn't finish then it is going to be a Gpu problem but without more info thats all I can say at this point
