You cannot license this asset

When I search for 3d models from the Stock templates option it tells me: "You cannot license this asset. Please contact your administrator to add Adobe Stock to your account". Then, when requesting access it tells me: "You cannot license this asset as you currently do not have access to Adobe Stock. Please confirm your request and our team will be in contact". Obviously I do but they never give me an answer. Has it happened to someone?

You may have a private account (ie: yourself) and accidentally logged on to your school account. Or you may have only a school account where the administrator (the IT person) may have blocked certain possibilities (and that's the norm) such as using Adobe stock assets, sync fonts on Adobe fonts, install 3rd party plug ins from the Adobe marketplace etc...

to check, go to your CC ap, and click on your avatar/logo

 


and click on "view account"

 

if that's the case, you need to contact the administrator of your account, and ask them to unlock those features. If you also have a personal account, you just need to switch accounts by looging off, signing in again with your personal credentials and go from there....

    Usually it happens when you haven't signed with Adobe ID. Try to resign again. May be that can help.

      the .edu on his name is a dead give away that his is a school account so that is the issue i.e, the account is not set to have store rights or their proxy server is blocking Adobe store... in both cases we can't really help
