localized resource files not loaded. Please reinstall this app to resolve the issue.

I'm using the latest version of Dreamwever on the imac, intel i7 processor, graphics card, AMD. But when I open the program this error appears that is written in the description. "Located resource files not loaded. Please reinstall this application to resolve the issue." Who could help me? do you have a solution?

    As the message says, you have a bad installation.  Start over with a fresh install.

    1. Wipe old apps from your system first with Adobe Cleaner Tool.

    2. Restart your computer.

    3. Install from CC Desktop App.

    4. To be on the safe side, restart your computer after apps are installed.

    (specifically uninstalling/reinstalling and checking for special characters in the disk name and/or duplicate folder names in your file path)
