Fireworks not working anymore on Creative cloud - why do you remove products which works?

I am using Fireworks programme since 2005. I have been buying single versions then switched to Adobe Creative Cloud.

Adobe made an announcement that they will not develop anymore this product but it was still possible to use it on the cloud.i

Last month I noticed when I started Fireworks a trial version and I thought it is just some glitch in the program and I did not pay any attention.

Today I am not able to use it anymore. I checked this forum for help and nothing work and I was advised in one comment to contact support. After 45 minutes of moving me from one agent to another, I was told to go and search for the help again here. Which is almost comical when you look at it and you end up in the circuit with no way out to solve your problem.   

 

Before it was possible to use the Fireworks even without any update. That is why I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud. Why can ADOBE keep it that way?  Please leave it there as it is, you do not support it that is OK, but keep what people are using it. There are no extra costs for you for that. This way you just upset quite some people. What is the point of being on cloud when you are taking away things people actually bought and like?  I do not think this is a fair exchange and I am not sure I can trust you that you really care about me as a customer or others as well. 

Could you please let us use even not updated old version of this program?

      I just went with the option License this program - when the window said that my free trial is over and it allowed me to get in.

      I have the very latest Creative Cloud and can no longer find the "Older apps" button. Help? Or is it gone now?

        AFAIK, Fireworks is still in the Creative Cloud desktop app if you check the box to Show Older Versions.  Adobe didn't remove it. 


        • Do you have a paid ALL APPS plan to Creative Cloud?
        • Are your payment details current?
          https://account.adobe.com/plans
        • Are you logged-in to your paid ALL APPS plan?
        • Which operating system do you have? 
        • Does your OS support older 32-bit apps?

        Hello guys,

        I have everything paid, I use Windows 10. 

        I see Fireworks and I have it installed. It is just when I want to open any file I have in fireworks this comes up and it does not make sense
