Programs keeps asking for flash when i try to install (windows 10)

I try to instal a program called lego digital designer, my os is the latest win10. The program keeps asking to install flash, because it's not installed or outdated. When i check the presence of flash in chrome and edge, flash is installed en active.
I tried to install flash manually, but that didn't help eighter.
Is there a sollution for this kind of problems?
