    Hi,

I moved your post to a new discussion topic is your issue (unable to view Flash content due to Flash Player's end-of-life) is completely unrelated from the 4 year old topic you posted to (https://community.adobe.com/t5/flash-player/latest-update-from-adobe-flahplayer-and-i-tools-from-oxford/m-p/8584650)

Flash Player reached end-of-life at the end of 2020, and most browsers have removed support for Flash Player (even if the plugin is installed, latest versions of the browser won't load it - see below for more information).

For I-Tools from Oxford, I did a simple internet search for "itools oxford flash player" and the following results may be helpful to you:

    For completeness:

Adobe announced Flash Player's end-of-life in July 2017 giving content creators, programmers, developers, IT experts, etc over 3 years remove Flash Player dependencies from their products. All modern browsers provide the capabilities necessary to do this in JavaScript.  This is an investment and prioritization choice, not a technical limitation.

    For reference:

Major browser vendors are deprecating Flash Player support.  Details specific to each vendor:

    • Apple Safari - removed Flash Player support in Safari 14, released Sept 16, 2020
    • Google Chrome - removed Flash Player support in Chrome 88, released Jan 19, 2021
    • Firefox - removed Flash Player support in Firefox 85, released on Jan 26, 2021.
      • Firefox ESR 78 will support Flash Player for the time being, assuming the Flash Player NPAPI plugin is already installed as it’s no longer available for download.
    • Microsoft Edge - removed Flash Player support in Edge 88, released Jan 15, 2021
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer and legacy Edge

For users attempting to view Flash content, contact the content creators and inquire about their plans to migrate their content to some other technology.

For enterprises dependent on Flash Player, please refer to the Enterprise end-of-life FAQ:

Enterprise Enablement feature (only allow trusted content to load) may be an option until such time all browser’s remove support for Flash.  Technical details can be found in the Flash Player Admin Guide, pages 28-35:

If I-Tools needs Flash Player, then it and all its videos are obsolete. Find other tools and videos instead.
