svn diff in submission emails?

I'd like to see "svn diff" used within the submission emails. Even if
it cuts off after a certain number of lines, seeing the code that's
being submitted would be very useful to get a better idea of what's
going on. I also think it'd help newcomers learn bits and pieces of
the code. -Brian

We looked into this before and couldn't get it to format in a way we were happy with (and the sizes were quite big).
