About Frame_Patcher_8_p266.exe

Hello,

I am under a corporate product contract and re-installed FrameMaker v8.0 Win, and then tried to download/install the Frame_Patcher_8_p266.exe (the first of three) patches after installing FrameMaker v8.0 win and received the error code: -6002.  So, I removed my temp internet files and closed other applications, and still got this error code.

Two questions:

What is this error code -6002?

How do I download all 3 patches (don't have the Adobe link to access/download them)?
