Access Denied Issue when opening FrameMaker 11

A co-worker has encountered an issue with opening FrameMaker 11. He is receiving the following 'Access Denied' message. He has not experienced this issue in the past. Any idea why this is occurring and how to fix it?:

It sounds like they're trying to use their corporate network sign-in and it isn't the same as the Adobe ID they were assigned. I'd check with whoever manages the subscription to find out what should be used.

Never heard of an Enterprise ID; only Adobe IDs. Is it working for others at your place? If so, what's different about this person's install? If not, then I suspect it's something to do with the Adobe activation server end of things.
