Add Slovakian/Ukrainian/Serbin-Latin to FrameMaker 2017 publish languages

I'm using FM 2017 to publish structured XML files to HTML5 files. But for Slovakian, Ukrainian and Serbin-Latin, I cannot find the languages in the language drop-down list. Is there any method to add the three languages? Really appreciate your sharing. Thanks!

I suggest using the Tracker (link on the FM forum landing page) to get this on Adobe's radar - this is a user-to-user forum.
