Adobe Framework 7.2 Save option is not working

Hi All,

Any one help my issue on Abode Framework 7.2 save options Button not working. Kindly Support to resovled the issue.

    If this is Adobe Framemaker 7.2 for Windows,
    what operating system is being used?

    I would not expect FM7.2 to work at all {native} on Windows 11 or Windows 10, unless running in a virtual machine on Windows XP.

      Thanks for the support, Now I'm installing the application in Windows 10 64-bit Operating system.

      @GANESH24407607czxq - we all highly doubt that is going to work on Win10 - FM7.2 is super old.

      Hi,

       

      What exactly does not work? Are the Save and Save As menu commands greyed out? Or do you get an error message, when you try to save?

      I assume that you restarted Windows and FrameMaker, didn't you?

      Hi Winfried,

      In Adobe Framemaker save and save as options not working. Im does not get any error pop, If I hit the save icon in the app doesn't not working,

      Ok, so something must have changed - where are the files located? Maybe the rights to the folder got changed. Verify you have rights to the location or try a Save As to someplace else to test if that's the issue.

      Jeff, 

      I also try to other locations same issue come. If I create a new doc file as untitled. FM not changed.

       I take Some Troubleshooting like a Repaired app. Any other way to troubleshoot to resolve the issue

      You're talking about Framemaker 7.2? Was it working before & now it's not? If so, what's changed? If it wasn't working before, does it work on any new documents or other .fm docs you have?

      Hi Jeff,

      Yes it was working fine before today onwards not working. Not working in other documents also. 

      other options like copy paste and cut is working good. How to resolve or what are step i want to find out to troubleshoot save option issue.
