Adobe PDF printer in FrameMaker printer fonts incorrent

Recently purchase FrameMaker 2019. It is installed on other machines in our company. When printing/writing a PDF from FrameMaker all the fonts are defaulting to Courier. Steps from FrameMaker - Printer, select Adobe PDF printer, turn on bookmarks, turn off .ps file. All the other machines in the office creat a good PDF. We have uninstalled the adobe PDF printer several times. NEED HELP ASAP

    Are you all patched up? Check Help > Updates to check. Next check what fonts you're using in FM and if they are set to be embedded in the PDF - that's what it looks like to me - the PDF has no idea what font to show, so it defaults to Courier.
