AEM and FrameMaker Publishing Server - Pre-process DITAMAP

I am publishing ditamaps and bookmaps through Adobe Experience Manager and FrameMaker Publishing Server. I would like to pre-process some of my ditamaps with XSLT. Is that possible? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you.
