Aircraft DTDs, schemas, or EDDs

I have a project now to build a new AMM, IPC manual set for a B747-400. I would like to find existing DTDs, schemas, or FrameMaker EDDs for these types of manuals. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you.

You might also want to find the ASD-STE100 standard for Simplified Technical English if you haven't already. I believe it's the required standard for writing all airplane and airline manuals across the world. I have a copy if you need it.
