Alternating paragraph styles in table body rows

Hi

I looked for this but couldn't find anything that fitted.

I want to be able to apply alternating row styles to tables as below

Anyone know of any tricks to make that happen within a multi-row table?

Alternating rows are possible, as Nils showed. But automatically alternating paragraph styles are not possible.

I guess the only possibility is a script here.

Thanks, but how would that allow me to have alternating paragraph styles (black, then white font colour)?

Ah, I was mislead by seeing "row styles" in your post … and shall follow the thread to see what other contributors now come up with.
