app.Language not reporting correctly

Now that I have installed FM-12.0.4.445 German successfulle I start my tests concerning localisation of my scipt.

But app.Language reports Constants.FV_LANG_BRITISH (0x02) although FM obviously is German: all menues and dialogues etc. are German.

My Windows is British, but the currently open FM is German. What is going on here?

Found teh culprit:

In maker.ini there was the statement

[Frame]
Language=UKEnglish

After commenting this out app.Language reports value 3 (German)
