applying masterpages!

So I have successfully got my table the way I want it, however, I cannot get the header which is the same for each page (left and right) applied to each page. I have tried over and over again with the master pages to "apply" them, but after I do that nothing shows up. I need the header and each page. Also, I am confused on how to produce a "left" hand master page. (Note: my entire table is 10.875" x 8.5" landscape). If anyone knows what I am doing wrong, please help!

    Katie,

    You have to make the file double-sided, then FM will automatically add
    a Left master page.

    If you only have a right/left page combo, then you don't need to use
    the MasterPage mapping table.
