Auto-scroll in RoboScreenCapture doesn't work

I have installed FrameMaker8 and RoboHelp. These come with RoboScreenCapture. When I try to do a screencapture using RoboScreenCapture with the auto-scroll setting enabled, I seem not to be able to capture a webpage (on IE) that is with a vertical scrollbar. The capture seems to be cropped and does not show the entire length. Can you help me to get this working. I have checked, the version of RoboScreenCapture on my laptop is 2.0.

    I’m not sure that any capture tool handles long pages that aren’t actually visible on the screen. Did you try the help files for RSC?
