Automation with Adobe publishing server

Is it possible to automate the conversion from MIF to PDF in Gitlab CI/CD using publishing server?

Steps:

A. Conversion from MIF to PDF from the command line?

B. Enable this conversion in Gitlab CI/CD (Possible?)

Are you referring to FrameMaker Publishing Server?

Not sure how this relates to FrameMaker (other than the MIF reference) - why not just create the PDFs out of the FM files?
