Back to Table of Contents link throughout document
I am wondering if there is a way a link can be added to the header or the footer of Master pages that will return the viewer back to the table of contents?

Hi,
Yes. Just create a cross-reference to the title of your table of contents. You can create this cross-reference also in a header or footer of another file. You can test this yourself.
