Black line out of the document frame

You do have change bars turned on, you select the line of text and go to character designer (ctrl D) and deselect the change bar box and all will be good.

Vreni, attached files have to go through some filter process before they become available for us to look at on the forum, and that filter process is extremely long, often more than a day, sometimes several days (!!) so in order to get a response more quickly you might want to insert a graphic image into your posting intead -- using the little "camera" icon in the tool bar directly above the text entry area.

You may also have a change bar activated for one or more of the paragraphs where this occurs. The default setting for change bars is similar to what you describe.

I cannot see the attachment, so I am guessing that you should look at your master pages. Maybe the line is on one of them.
