Blue Cross-Reference not Blue

Question

I want to make my cross-references Blue and I've added Blue as a character tag but the XRef appears invisible in my document, what am I doing wrong? Using Framemaker 12.

It looks like you've done things correctly, i.e. the character tag is applied in the x-ref format definition. [Though the character tag definition would be better served with a semantic naming, e.g. Link or Hypertext vs. Blue and all of the attributes, xcpt for th colour, should have been set to AsIs]

As a test, can you apply the Blue character tag to some text to see if that text shows properly. If that text also disappears, then you might have the blue colour set to be invisible in the Color Views.

What is the cross-ref format that you used (show the complete text, .e.g. "see <$paratext> on <$pagenum>")? Can you please post a screen shot of your Character tag definition of "Blue".
