Bookmarks

Using FM8, when I save a book as a PDF the 'PDF Setup for Selected Files' dialog box appears. Under the Bookmarks tab there is a button to 'Get Defaults'. How do I set these defaults? The last used settings appear in the 'Include Paragraphs' box but I want to change the defaults and use variations of them. At present it selects a strange set of bookmarks that I have never chosen.

    I believe the bookmarks listed are based on the Bookmark Source option selected. On the Bookmarks tab, if you have Paragraphs as the Bookmark Source, the list of defaults would be based on FrameMaker default Paragraphs as well as any you have created using the Paragraph Designer.
