Bookmarks are not coming in pdf!

Dear team,

I don't know what happened in backend from last two days the bookmarks are not coming after saving as pdf in framemaker..

Attached pdf set up and final output of pdf..

Kindly clarify me what might have happened in backend..

Did you:

update your book after settting the bookmarks in all selected files in the book using Format > Document > PDF Setup, and
using File > Save as PDF to save the book to PDF?

(In your screen shot you are in a document, and not in the book.)

Try selecting all files in the book and choose Format > Document > PDF Setup and set the bookmarks in that dialog box.

@frameexpert , I tried of selecting all the files in the book but nothing came.. I tried two ways to set book mark structure,

File ->print ->generate ... -> pdf set up

Format -> document -> pdf set up..

In the above 2 ways I properly mentioned my hierarchy of book marks..but in pdf nothing came..

What could be the reason?
