Callouts Appear as boxes When Publish to HTML

Hi

In FM 2015 when I publish to Responsive HTML call outs appear as boxes.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Are the callouts grouped? I had to ungroup the objects in the frame to get the images to appear correctly in the HTML 5 output.
