Can anyone suggest where I can learn ExtendScript for FrameMaker? Please...

Is there a good tutorial for beginners of ExtendScript on FrameMaker. I was assigned to write some code and I'm really nervous because I have no experience with scripting. I have little experience in C++ and javascript. How can I go about learning how to code fairly quickly?
