Can I control the change bar position?

In my attach file, I want to  control  the change bar position. the "red " change bar position.

The most you can do is control the side of the page on which they appear, under Format > Document > Change Bars. Is that what you are looking for?

No，In my attach files ,There are two black change bars. I want to replace  the two black change bar by one red change bar. The red change bar's position is between 13 and 14.

Unfortunately, then, the answer to your question is no. There isn't much flexibility with the format of change bars.
